This talk shows how product and UX teams can turn ambiguous leadership asks into clear strategy and real features through strong collaboration. Using a case that started a request from leadership on “We need AI engineers,” we’ll share how it evolved into a product vision, roadmap theme, and a launched feature. It’s ideal for designers and product professionals who want to work more strategically, break down silos, and confidently navigate ambiguity while aligning and challenging stakeholders.

This is meetup is part of a series aimed at support emerging teams and leaders in UX & Product to help them with knowledge, resources and tools to level up UX Maturity for themselves and their organizations. The goal is to reduce blindspot of the audience by sharing perspective, resources and tools into how UX maturity is being maintained at different Scale ups and enterprises in Berlin.
