Berlin Experimentation Meetup #13
Berlin Experimentation Meetup (BEM) #13 — April 28, 2026 (at N26)
We’re excited to announce BEM #13 on April 28, 2026 — the second Berlin Experimentation Meetup edition of 2026, hosted by N26.
Doors open: 18:00
First talk: 18:30
The first confirmed talk is:
The Growth Plateau: When “Launch Momentum” Isn’t Enough
Juan Pablo Soriano, N26, Product Manager, Investments
Saagar Bellani, N26, Product Designer, Investments
Lu Zheng, N26, Product Analyst
When early launch momentum fades and growth starts to plateau, the answer is not always a new feature. In this session, the N26 team will share how they took a structured, cross-functional approach to diagnosing growth friction across the full user journey, from Pre-Purchase to Post-Purchase and Repeat.
The talk will show how Product, Design, and Data worked together to identify funnel leaks, turn conversion signals into human-centred solutions, and drive meaningful business impact, including tripling Assets under Custody in six months. It will also include a closer look at the high-resolution ABCDZ experimentation framework they used to move from intuition to statistically grounded decisions at scale.
2. Let’s Get Ship Done!
Alexander Bock — Experimentation Director, Harness
Building new features has never been easier, but shipping them safely has never been harder. As AI tools increase code volume, teams are facing more complexity, more delivery risk, and more operational pressure.
In this session, Alexander will explore why experimentation tooling alone is not enough if the delivery pipeline underneath remains a bottleneck. He will argue that teams only scale experimentation effectively when they improve the full system behind it: how code is built, deployed, tested, and measured. A highly relevant perspective for anyone working across experimentation, platform engineering, and product development.
Come for the talks, stay for the conversations — looking forward to seeing familiar and new faces.
