​Kick off New York Climate Week 2026 with Currence (formerly Sightline Climate). This year, our flagship NYCW event, in partnership with HSBC and Sabanci Climate Technologies, will bring the leading utilities, hyperscalers, developers, financiers, and innovators into one room to build a vision for how the AI buildout can create a better grid future.

​Attendees split across a series of hands-on workshops, each tackling a different challenge shaping the load growth era — from unlocking new supply to load flexibility, grid innovation, and financing the buildout. The summit is solutions-first, and everything we build will feed into a grid futures playbook for attendees and the wider Currence community.

​How the day works:

• ​Morning: Exploring how demand will shape the future grid. Featuring a fireside chats with Pedro Pizarro, CEO, Edison International and the Chair of New York's PSC, Rory Christian.

• ​Afternoon: The solutions. Discussing the technologies and business models that can unlock capacity and meet the needs of the future grid. Featuring a live podcast recording with Jigar Shah.
