Slow Social: Postcard Picnic đź’Ś
A slow, nostalgic afternoon to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the people you’ve been meaning to reach out to.
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga session in the park, followed by a relaxed postcard painting session using markers and acrylic pens under the trees.
Expect to
– create something simple
– slow down your thoughts
– and take a moment to connect
You’ll then have the option to write your postcard to someone you haven’t spoken to in a while, a friend, a loved one, or even yourself.
🩵 Who this is for
This is for you if:
– you’ve been craving slower, more meaningful connection
– you’ve been meaning to reach out to someone but haven’t
– you enjoy simple, creative moments
– you want to spend time offline, doing something real
You don’t need to be “creative.”
Just come as you are.
✨ Why join
Because connection doesn’t always need to be big or complicated.
Sometimes it’s:
a message
a memory
a small act of reaching out
This is a space to slow down enough to do that and to remember how meaningful simple connection can be.

It’s simply a way to ease into the experience beforehand so you can arrive feeling more grounded, connected, and ready for it.
