Speedrun Mastery: Product Design & Development
In the age of AI, your moat isn’t code.
It’s judgment, taste, and product thinking.
Speedrun Mastery: Product is a flagship hybrid workshop designed to help founders become better product thinkers and designers — so they can design any product, now or in the future.
This is not about shipping one MVP.
It’s about upgrading how you think, decide, and build in an AI-first world.
Why this exists
AI has collapsed the cost of execution.
Anyone can:
generate code
design screens
spin up prototypes
But very few people can:
decide what should exist
design how it should work
and judge whether it’s actually good
That gap — between output and judgment — is where great products are made.
Speedrun Mastery exists to close that gap.
What this program actually teaches
This workshop focuses on first-principles product thinking, not tools or trends.
You’ll learn how to:
think clearly about users and problems
design products as systems, not screens
make better decisions with incomplete information
use AI as a force multiplier, not a crutch
The goal is simple:
to make you someone who can design and build anything — repeatedly.
Who this is for
This is a strong fit if you are:
A founder who wants to deeply understand product & design
A non-tech founder who wants leverage without outsourcing thinking
A tech founder who wants better product judgment
A designer who wants to become product-fluent, not just execution-focused
If you’re looking for “we’ll build it for you” — this is not that.
If you want to become dangerously competent — this is.
What you’ll work through
We use real examples, shared exercises, and live breakdowns — not abstract theory.
You’ll learn and practice:
First-principles product thinking
breaking ideas down to user, problem, and valueCritical thinking for founders
avoiding cargo-cult features and default decisionsDesign as decision-making
flows, trade-offs, constraints, and clarityWorkflow thinking
onboarding → daily use → edge cases → supportAI-first product development
how to collaborate with tools like AI Studio, Lovable, Replit
(without losing authorship or taste)Judgment building
how to tell good from bad, useful from impressive
You’ll work on products during the workshop —
but the outcome is capability, not just artifacts.
What you’ll leave with
By the end of Speedrun Mastery, you’ll have:
A repeatable mental model for designing products
Stronger product intuition and design judgment
The ability to scope, critique, and shape any idea
Confidence working with AI tools as a collaborator
A clearer sense of what makes products actually good
These skills compound.
They don’t expire after one project.

About your mentor
Pranav Kay is a product designer and entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience designing and building startups, tools, and systems.
He’s worked across early-stage startups, scale-ups, and founder communities — and over the last year has focused deeply on how AI changes the role of founders, designers, and product teams.
This program reflects how product design and development actually works in 2026 — where tools are abundant, but judgment is rare.
Seats & pricing
This is a limited-seat program to keep discussions and feedback high-quality.
Only 30 participants per batch.
Pricing reflects depth and access — and increases as the program matures:
January cohort: ₹25,000
February cohort: ₹35,000
March onwards: ₹40,000
Early cohorts help shape the program and get more direct interaction.
A simple way to decide
If you believe:
product thinking is a long-term advantage
design judgment matters more than tools
and AI rewards clarity, not chaos
Speedrun Mastery is designed for you.
