Our keynote Alex M. Dascalu, Managing Director of the Founder Institute led Georgian Innovative Startup Accelerator, in the last 12 years has worked with founders, operators, and investors across the globe, covering Europe, Middle East, Asia, USA and Africa.

Having advised for 4 seasons of the TV show “Imperiul Leilor” (same TV show license as “Shark Tank”), he possesses insight into what fails and what endures under pressure.

His turning point came during an EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration), when he saw how corporate constraints suppress the ability to exploit his potential. Three years ago, BBS (Beyond Business School) brought him in as a jury member for their EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) Capstone Projects. He then stepped in as Capstone Trainer.

Across two years, he supported 22 entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial Capstones as they moved from idea to tested business models, and some of them into market. Since 2026 he is the Managing Director of the Georgian Innovative Startup Accelerator under GITA (Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency). For the last ten years he has had the role of the Lead Director at FI (Founder Institute) for the CEE and Caucasus region. In this role he runs it as a network-driven venture studio: Founders are being provided a relevant support network and build with operators, mentors, and investors around them.

Since the FI inception, 2009, the focus is on Zero to One, and now, starting with 2026 the focus is on building AI-native companies taking them from Zero to Fundable in 12 weeks only! He brings operator judgment from as ex-executive with HQ of Siemens Building Technologies in Switzerland, including the realities of procurement, internal politics, and failed rollouts. Today, artificial intelligence accelerates the processes of building, research, and analysis. His distinct advantage, however, remains inherently human: a combination of deep domain expertise, strong relationships, and superior pattern recognition.

During this masterclass, participants will explore how organizations can move beyond transactional service delivery toward relationship-driven customer engagement models that increase retention, loyalty, and long-term business value. The workshop will introduce practical frameworks for designing customer journeys, aligning internal teams around customer-centric thinking, and integrating CX strategy with digital transformation initiatives across startups and enterprise environments.

The session will also highlight how emerging technologies such as AI-supported interaction systems, behavioral data insights, and ecosystem partnerships are reshaping how organizations understand and serve their customers. Participants will gain actionable insights on how to translate customer experience into measurable growth outcomes including higher retention rates, stronger brand trust, and increased revenue per customer interaction.
