About Event

You know what you want to change. So why does something keep holding you back?

Maybe you keep falling into the same patterns. Overthinking, procrastinating, holding yourself back, or waiting for the perfect moment to finally move forward.

You understand what's happening. You've probably tried to change it. Yet somehow, you find yourself in the same place.

What if change could feel lighter, more playful, and surprisingly simple?

Our bodies carry the imprint of our experiences, emotions and learned patterns. Sometimes, without even realizing it, we embody the very beliefs and reactions that keep us feeling stuck.

The beautiful thing? Our brains and bodies have an incredible capacity to learn, adapt and discover new possibilities.

Let's explore what becomes possible!

Join us for a playful, experiential journey combining somatic practices, movement, nervous-system science and creative exploration.

Through surprisingly simple exercises, you'll discover how to:

Recognize the patterns that keep you stuck and how they show up in your body.

Shift your state through movement, sensation and nervous-system awareness.

Expand your capacity for expression, confidence and new possibilities.

Embody a greater sense of freedom, presence and aliveness.

We'll experiment with movement and stillness, curiosity and play, subtle sensations and expansive expression.

Sometimes the smallest movement, a moment of presence or a simple change in how we inhabit our body can open up something unexpected.

Come explore, move, reconnect and discover your own capacity for expansion. Less forcing. More flowing. More YOU.
