• ​Nina Mohanty, Founder of Bloom Money – Nina has spent her career at the intersection of technology and financial inclusion, working with leading Fintechs such as Klarna and Bud before founding Bloom Money, a company on a mission to reinvent community-based savings for immigrant communities in the UK.

• ​Will Usdin, Co-Founder of Amble – Will’s career has spanned operating and strategy leadership across Google, biotech, and venture. He was on the leadership team of Woven Science, served as Operating Partner at LongeVC, and led Google’s Strategy and Operations team in EMEA. Today, he is building Amble, an experimental language learning lab.

​Together, Nina and Will will share their journeys from Operator to Founder, reflecting on their paths through product, strategy, and partnerships; the lessons learned in building mission-driven companies; and their perspectives on the opportunities and challenges facing the next generation of founders.
