From Confusion to Clarity
A Workshop to explore what’s possible

(Especially if you care about climate and social impact)

You’ve felt the pull. That quiet nudge that maybe…there’s more. More meaning. More alignment. More autonomy. Maybe you’ve dreamed of working for yourself, but you’re unsure where to start, whether it’s financially viable, or even if it’s you.

This workshop is for you if you are asking:

“Is working for myself really for me?”
Maybe it’s been on your mind for months…or years. This session is designed to help you finally move from dreaming to doing, without blowing up your life in the process.

In this 2.5-hour interactive session, you’ll:

  • Hear real-life transition stories from two people who’ve gone from employed to independent in the climate and impact space.

  • Learn the difference between freelancing, solopreneurship, and entrepreneurship, so you can spot what might fit you.

  • Explore what alignment actually means and how to find work that reflects your values and strengths.

  • Discover how to test the waters safely without burning bridges, quitting prematurely, or going broke.

  • Walk away with a concrete next step: a personal experiment you can try right away to move forward.

This isn’t a “follow your passion” pep talk. It’s a practical, grounded space to explore your questions, map your next move, and feel less alone in it.

You’ll leave with:

  • More clarity, less confusion

  • A way to explore without a big risk

  • Confidence to take your first or next step

  • A group of people who all explore this question together
