Aliveness Circle — Research Dialogue Series
Aliveness Circle is a research-informed discussion space connected to my Masters in Applied Positive Psychology. As part of my ongoing academic exploration of “aliveness,” I host small-group conversations to explore how individuals understand and experience aliveness in their own lives.
These sessions are designed as reflective, research-informed dialogues. Insights from these conversations inform my academic thinking and research development.
This session focuses on the theme of Wholeness.
We will explore questions such as:
How do individuals define wholeness in their lives?
What does it mean to embrace the full range of human experience?
How does authenticity relate to a sense of aliveness?
What to Expect
A brief sharing of research-based perspectives from my Masters studies
Individual reflection prompts
Small-group discussion to gather diverse perspectives
Open dialogue exploring lived experiences of wholeness
