B2B & B2C Tech Sales and Go-To-Market for Traction
Focus Areas

  1. Practical GTM design for any market type

  2. How to structure early tech sales pipelines

  3. Selling as validation, not just income

  4. Converting users into long-term adoption.

About Guest Speaker: Dr. Yasir Amjad is a startup ecosystem builder and GTM advisor who helps early-stage tech founders achieve real market traction before fundraising. He has designed and led incubation and acceleration programs across Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe, working on B2B and B2C products in complex emerging markets, with a focus on problem-first validation, customer discovery, and early tech sales as proof of demand.

    -----------------------------

Founder Hive community is focused on African tech founders who are currently focused on one objective: How to build products with validation, proof and selling to achieve real traction across both B2B and B2C products before fundraising or investments.

We are positioned to bring in seasoned ecosystem players, professionals and veterans to learn around:

Adopting problem-first clarity,

Understanding behavioral and psychological cues and triggers to building correctly

How to conduct disciplined and detailed customer discovery problem validation,

How to design practical Go-To-Market systems for traction,

How to run structured tech sales before scaling, and

How to convert discovery conversations and insights into paying users, pre-orders and active contracts.

Founder Hive functions as a learning environment where African founders are taught to place evidence before execution and to treat sales and GTM as the first source of traction.

The session will be online event-based, educational, and discussion-led with early-stage, first-time technical African founders who are building or struggling with traction.
