Looking to set the tone for an unstoppable month ahead?
Us too. Join us for our 5th live Mental Fitness workout and the chance to meet others in the Philly community! I just moved to the city (okay, this is no longer true...it's been a YEAR!?!) but I am *still* eager to bring folks together. There is no better way then to create an in-person hang to do just that.
For this Mind Moment, we'll take some time to:
1. AI and your MIND!?: Join us and Andrew Line, CEO of RE ALINE, an AI founder in our Philly community! This session explores how AI can become your daily partner to practice mental fitness—through real conversation, not data or dashboards. You'll learn how technology can help you notice patterns, slow your thinking, and build consistency in your mental wellness routine. Walk away with a practical plan for using AI to stay present, balanced, and clear-minded. (Bonus: Andrew will share his personal practice using a voice AI agent that calls him daily for spontaneous 5-minute check-ins with reflection prompts, mindfulness exercises, and quick resets!)
2. Meet new friends and hang with old ones: Our Philly community is amazing! Meet some folks who are working hard to make this city, their companies—and themselves—great.
