About
AGIV INDUSTRIES is a monthly show-and-tell meetup for AI champions. Industry-relevant, real case studies. Projects or ideas presented have to be rooted in real business experience.
The goal is to help people who are bringing AI into their organizations learn from each other. Not from vendors or thought leaders, but from peers doing the same work at companies like theirs.
Every session is practical. No theory, no vendor pitches. People share what's actually working today, the tools they're using, the patterns that stick, and the mistakes worth skipping.
What this isn't:
Discussing new model capabilities
How to vibe code on Lovable
What this is:
Answer the most difficult questions orgs face in AI adoption
Clarify the roles of marketing engineers, forward deployed engineers, and org data ontology.
Multiplayer AI vs solo power users
Real lessons from enterprises and mid-markets, what succeeded and what failed
How should PMs, designers and engineers collab / collapse into one?
Here's a quick look at our last one if you want a feel for it:
This session (July 28):
Hai Nghiem (CEO, AGI Ventures Canada): how data agents are democratizing Business Intelligence for everyone, with real case studies.
Ian Rintoul (AVP of Software Engineering and IT, Giatec): what happened when Giatec shipped the concrete industry's first MCP server and gave customers direct AI access to their production, quality, and IoT fleet data. More than half connected within the first month, and the power users were QC supervisors, not data scientists.
Allan Ziolkowski: Having successfully deployed a fully AI-native design team at an enterprise level, Allan talks about the learnings, challenges and current state of AI in product design
Jawad Alaoui (Chief Data & AI Officer, Dashq): building hybrid organizations, where AI agents become computational actors working inside org structures built for humans. A framework for identity, governance, and coordination when your coworkers include both people and AI.
Moderated by Victoria McIntyre (Tech Innovation Engineering Sr. Manager, Accenture).
