Workshop #3 - Chart A Course for the Destination Using Processes (March 23 @ 9-9:30pm ET)
You know those meetings that are composed of random lists of information to get shared (and could have been an email)? Those can feel frustrating and draining for everyone involved. This workshop will focus on the planning stages that go into creating a successful agenda (and how we can determine success ahead of time).
Some of the common meeting problems this workshop seeks to address are: not having a clear or purposeful agenda, agendas that are mostly updates with little intake from attendees, unsuccessful meetings that lead to discord amongst our groups.
This workshop will:
Breakdown what makes an agenda successful
Introduce meeting structures via scenario worksheet
Provide a rubric for creating/checking meeting agendas

This workshop is 30 minutes long. The waiting room will be on before each workshop begins so please try to arrive prior to 2pm ET as we will get started promptly to maximize the time we have together.
This workshop will be recorded and all of the resources and downloads will be made available on the resource page after each workshop. The recordings will be live for 30 days after the workshops conclude.
This session is less participatory than other sessions because we will have the chance to work through a scenario in solo breakout rooms before coming together for a discussion.
