Featuring:

Eva brings an international background across finance, ESG, and strategy consulting. A graduate of Sciences Po in Paris with further academic experience at KU Leuven, she began her career at BNP Paribas, working in retail banking and later on group-wide ESG strategy and green financing initiatives. After nearly eight years abroad, she joined McKinsey & Company in Prague, advising clients across energy, banking, insurance, and private equity. Today at Rockaway Capital, Eva combines financial expertise with strategic insight to support growth-stage companies and investment opportunities.

Sarah is an Associate at Geek Ventures, where she focuses on deal sourcing, screening, and in-depth analysis of early-stage startups. Prior to Geek Ventures, she worked with multiple early-stage VC firms and startups, building strong relationships across the founder and investor ecosystem and leading due diligence efforts. Sarah is highly active in the Texas venture community, serving in leadership roles for the Texas Venture Gala and Forum and as a SXSW PanelPicker Evaluator. She has delivered more than 30 speaking engagements on pitching, funding strategy, and breaking into venture capital — and outside of work, she’s a self-taught arcade crane game master.

Nikos is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of IA Global Ventures, where he leads fundraising, investor relations, deal sourcing, and post-investment strategy. He brings a strong track record in scaling venture platforms and supporting high-growth technology companies, with prior leadership roles at Rex Tech Ventures and Kairos Ventures. Before moving into venture capital, Nikos spent 16 years as a software entrepreneur, founding and scaling mobile and AI companies with global reach. Based in Austin, he is also an active mentor and judge within leading U.S. entrepreneurship programs.

Drew is a senior Texas business and economic development leader with nearly three decades of experience at the intersection of capital, public policy, and innovation. He currently serves as Staff Leader for the Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives and Senior Advisor to the Texas Association of Business. Over his career, he has built high-impact coalitions, helped secure billions in public funding initiatives, raised over $25 million, and supported major projects such as Army Futures Command and global corporate expansions. Drew brings deep expertise in public-private partnerships, capital strategy, and scaling regional innovation ecosystems.
