​Andrew Swartz is the Founder and CEO of private equity firm SBI Investments, where he leads disciplined capital deployment and long-term value creation across a diverse portfolio. Andrew is a co-founder and Managing Partner in Optima Mergers & Acquisitions, a sell-side advisory firm.

​Previously, Andrew served as Chief Investment Officer of J. Cleo Thompson Investments and, before that, as President of Investments at Henry Investment Group, both Texas-based single-family offices, where he directed the full investment lifecycle from sourcing through execution and active portfolio management.

​Andrew has served on over a dozen private company boards, including CapturePoint (Carbon sequestration), System Beauty (E-comm fulfillment provider), McMahon Contracting (Heavy infrastructure construction), TruEnergy (Utility brokerage), Briarcliffe Partners (FINRA registered placement agent) and Legacy Knight (Multi-family office/wealth manager).
