Join our 4-week Foundation Course and build a solid foundation for developing your startup idea in Korea.
🚀 The Foundation Course is a 4-week startup foundations program designed for foreigners who are interested in starting a business in Korea. Through lecture and practice-based sessions, participants will explore customer needs, market opportunities, competitor positioning, early marketing and sales channels, and business plan refinement.

Format: 4-week program once a week, lecture + practice
📅 Program Schedule
Week 1 (Sep 3): Idea Development & Problem Definition
Learn how to identify early customers, design interviews, create customer personas, and receive feedback on your Lean Canvas.
Week 2 (Sep 10): Market Entry Potential in Korea
Analyze the Korean market, estimate the target market size, and develop competitor analysis and positioning strategies.
Week 3 (Sep 17): Early Customer Acquisition Strategy
Design marketing and sales strategies to acquire your first customers, select online and offline channels, and build a 90-day action roadmap.
Week 4 (Oct 1): Business Plan Improvement & Feedback
Refine the key parts of your business plan for investors and receive feedback focused on marketability, differentiation, and feasibility.

‼️ Advanced Course Eligibility
The Advanced Course is designed for participants who have completed the basic courses and are ready to further develop their business ideas, business plans, and pitch decks.
To participate in the Advanced Course, participants must attend at least 6 out of the total 8 sessions from the Explore Course and Foundation Course.
Repeated attendance of the same session or topic will not be counted twice.
FAQ
How will I know whether my application has been accepted?
After you submit your application, we will contact you separately by email to confirm your participation.
Please make sure to check the email and reply to the confirmation email once you receive it.
2. Will the sessions be held online or offline?
All sessions will be held fully offline.
Online participation is not available.
3. Can I apply for the Foundation Course even if I did not attend the Explore Course?
Yes. You can apply for the Foundation Course even if you did not attend the Explore Course.
However, if you would like to become eligible for the Advanced Course, you must attend at least 6 out of the total 8 sessions from the Explore Course and Foundation Course.
Therefore, participants who have not completed enough sessions from the previous Explore and Foundation Courses should make sure they meet the required attendance criteria before applying for the Advanced Course.
