Early morning walk in the forest

​Join us for a refreshing early morning forest walk.
We start at the metro station Hermann Debroux and dive into the forest.

During the walk we will be exploring the idea of regeneration.

• ​what is regeneration? what does it mean to us?

• ​how can we live a more regenerative life?

​The walk will be a combination of exploring with words and exploring in silence.

We will end at the Rouge Cloitre (easy walk back to Hermann Debroux metro station). For those who want we can have a coffee or tea at the cafe there.
