About Event

About the session
What happens when we move words off the page and into the body?

This interactive workshop invites participants to explore expression through rhythm, writing, and spoken word. Using a combination of guided exercises, participants will reflect on the world around them and experiment with how to give voice to their thoughts and experiences through performance.

The session focuses not just on writing, but on delivery—bringing words to life through spoken word and collective expression. Participants will have the opportunity to create and share pieces, both individually and as part of the group, in a supportive and energizing environment.

No prior experience with writing or performance is needed—just a willingness to engage, experiment, and step into the creative process.

What to expect
This is a highly participatory, hands-on session. Through a series of rhythm and writing exercises, participants will develop short pieces and explore how to perform them with confidence and authenticity. The workshop will balance individual reflection with collective energy, creating space for both personal expression and shared experience.

Who this is for
This session is for anyone interested in creativity, storytelling, and expression—whether you are new to writing and spoken word or already engaged in creative practice.

What you will get out of it

  • Practical tools for writing and performing spoken word

  • A chance to explore your voice in a supportive environment

  • New ways of expressing ideas, emotions, and perspectives

  • A shared creative experience with others
