About Event

Join us for a hands‑on code lab exploring the new features of LF Edge InfiniEdge AI Release 2.1. This workshop builds on Release 2.0, which introduced a serverless Model Context Protocol for edge inference, agentic data tools, improved streaming for AI agents, and a complete federated learning lifecycle, and dives into the latest innovations for 2.1.

  • Welcome and Introductions

  • Overview of InfiniEdge AI Release 2.1 – Recap the new features and improvements building on Release 2.0, Tina Tsou, TSC Chair, InfiniEdge AI, LF Edge

  • AI Security – Discussion of best practices for securing AI models and data at the edge, including privacy‑preserving analytics and safeguarding model pipelines, Ramki Krishnan, RedHat

  • Advancing Large Language Models in Resource‑Constrained Environments – A special presentation by Zechun Liu, Meta, core author of the latest MobileLLM‑R1, on strategies to optimize large models for resource‑limited devices

  • Deep Dive Sessions – Demonstrations of YoMo 2.0, Edge Data Agent, SPEAR runtime enhancements, and EdgeLake federated learning, Qi Tang, Google

  • Robotics Showcase – Humanoid and dog robots from Toborlife will be on site, offering hands‑on interaction with cutting‑edge robotics

  • Q&A and Networking

Participants will receive step‑by‑step guidance on building and deploying AI applications across cloud and edge using the InfiniEdge platform. Please bring your laptop and be ready to code!
