Welcome to the very first virtual webinar session of our Meet the Leader Series, featuring Dr Dale Whelehan, Founder of 4 Day World!

This session explores the future of work, focusing on the 4-day work week and the concept of Temporal Intelligence - how we rethink time, productivity, and wellbeing in a world under increasing pressure.

About The Speaker 

Dr Dale Whelehan is a Social Entrepreneur, Behaviour Scientist, and Founder of 4 Day World. His work, featured in The Atlantic, INSIDER, The New York Times, BBC, supported international pilot studies and partnerships with both public and private sectors to explore the impact of work-time reduction on society. Dr Whelehan is also recognised as a TIME100 influential leader in Health and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. 

He has been a two-time TEDx Speaker and has led initiatives that blend science and strategy to transform work models and promote genuine wellbeing globally. He is also an Assistant Professor in Systems Psychology at Trinity College Dublin, bridging research and practice to develop future leaders.
