LUMINEA Joins SheBuilds on Lovable for International Women’s Day to Expand Who Gets to Build with AI
Bordeaux, France — March 8, 2026 — On International Women’s Day, Luminea joins SheBuilds on Lovable to expand who gets to build in the AI era.
For 24 hours on March 8, Lovable — the AI-native software creation platform — will be completely free worldwide, powered by Anthropic and in partnership with Stripe. Builders across the globe will come together online and in person to turn ideas into real, working applications in hours. Participants will receive $100 in free Claude API credits and $250 in Stripe fee credits to bring their ideas to life.
Luminea will participate by hosting a curated, in-person Women & AI Build Session in Bordeaux, lowering barriers to entry and empowering more women and non-technical professionals to move from idea to published product — in a single evening.
A Global Build Day Focused on Access and Education
SheBuilds began as a program spotlighting women builders and has evolved into a global proof point of what becomes possible when building software becomes accessible to anyone with an idea.
Previous SheBuilds programs have attracted nearly 5,000 applicants from over 100 countries. Builders have launched real products used by customers and communities worldwide, including:
AI Recess, a gamified AI learning platform
MicroFundHer, supporting women founders through capital and skill-sharing
Sawa, an AI-powered volunteer matching platform
This International Women’s Day edition removes every barrier — no application, no cost, no coding required. Participants will learn to build with AI and publish a real app by the end of the day.
Luminea’s Local Activation in Bordeaux
On March 8 (14:00–17:00), Luminea will host a small, curated Women & AI Build Session in Bordeaux, bringing together women founders, operators, creators, and aspiring builders to build alongside the global community.
