Build with TRAE & MiniMax @ Columbia Business School
Build with TRAE is a community event hosted by TRAE Fellows and CBS AI Club. This time, we co-host with MiniMax, bringing the community closer while offering participants exclusive benefits, resources, and hands-on opportunities.
This is a space where we deepen our understanding of the tool, solve problems, and turn ideas into reality through technical sharing, case studies, and discussions.
Highlights
Vibe Coding & TRAE Fundamentals
Learn how Vibe Coding works in practice — building software through natural language, intent, and high-level thinking instead of traditional coding. The TRAE team will walk through how TRAE understands requirements, connects tools, and delivers end-to-end outputs with live demos.
Hands-on Experience with MiniMax
At this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to see MiniMax M2.1 in action, try it yourself, learn how others are using it, and build something during the meetup. We’ll start with a walkthrough of the model and then spend most of the afternoon experimenting together.
Builder Community & Networking
Connect with a diverse group of student builders and innovators across engineering, AI and product at Columbia University. Share ideas, learn from peers, and spark new collaborations around building with AI.
