About Event

As a follow-on to IGNITE22, set sail on a multi-deck catamaran for a one-of-a-kind experience, a Port of LA Harbor Tour and Coastal Resilience Scorecard Workshop.

The day begins with a guided, on-the-water tour of one of the world’s largest ports, offering firsthand insights into port operations, electrification, shore power, and refinery infrastructure. Following the tour, guests will enjoy lunch and networking before transitioning into an interactive Coastal Resilience Scorecard Workshop.

Co-hosted by Braid Theory, World Ocean Council, and The Continuum, the workshop will introduce the Coastal Resilience Scorecard as a tool for evaluating and advancing resilience strategies. Through case studies and discussion, participants will explore how technology, investment, and cross-sector collaboration can address both acute shocks and chronic stresses impacting coastal regions.

The session will highlight the intersection of blue tech, infrastructure (blue, green, and gray), and multi-stakeholder decision-making bringing together perspectives from cities, corporations, startups, investors, and community leaders to drive more resilient coastlines and communities.
