Join us at the mystical mushroom lab at Paraguai 14 for a hands-on Dumpling Folding Workshop Series.
This session is focused on Nepalese style momo. From the Himalayas to Indian streets, momo are juicy, chunky, and often dipped in tomato-ginger chutney. Garlic, coriander, chili, and ginger typically lead the flavour profile
• Carnivore: Ginger Chicken
• Vegan Option: Curried Vegetables
• Tomato dipping sauces
Over 2–3 flavour-packed hours, we’ll:
🥟Learn multiple dumpling folding techniques (so you can flex your skills at dinner parties)
🥟 Prepare bold, seasonal fillings together
🥟 Whisk up dipping sauces as a group
🥟 Cook, taste, laugh and feast together, with a few dumplings to take home for that midnight snack
🌶️ How does the workshop work?
The Tiny Kitchen workshops are dynamic and participative. Everyone gets involved in preparing the dishes from start to finish, using seasonal ingredients and celebrating high-quality, flavourful food.
At the end of the workshop, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy what we’ve made together in a relaxed, communal atmosphere. All equipment, ingredients and aprons are provided. Just bring your curiosity, your appetite, and maybe a bottle to share, it’s BYOB, baby!
