gov/acc kickoff livestream

​This livestream will provide an overview of the initial activities for the gov/acc research program. We'll have:

​Eugene from Octant and Metagov will outline the general roadmap for gov/acc between now and EthCC.

​Artem from Harmonica will introduce their tool and the specific session to start capturing data for this research program.

​Martin from Coordination.Network will discuss the mapping infrastructure that will lead to our leaderboard.

​Spencer from OpenCivics will present the initial website that we're building.

​We will start with a livestream and will transition to a twitter space for the second half in order to encourage more conversation.

​This livestream will be available on my personal twitter as well. We'll add the livestream twitter link once we're live.
