AI Automations for HR: A practical workshop
Most HR teams know AI could save time, but figuring out what to automate and how to actually build it is where most people get stuck.
It's a hands-on workshop, we'll build real AI workflows together that solve everyday HR problems and show you what's possible when you're ready to go further.
We'll start with a simple automation you can build during the session, progress to a more complex AI-enhanced workflow for those ready to level up, and finish by exploring what a fully autonomous agent looks like in action. 🤖
In this session we'll cover:
Building a simple automation that saves time on repetitive HR tasks
Creating an AI-enhanced workflow that makes decisions and works with your existing data
Understanding what agentic AI can do and how you can apply it to the everyday work your team does
At the end of the session you'll have:
Working automation templates you can immediately adapt and use
A clear understanding of what's possible at different levels of AI complexity
Practical knowledge of the tools and approaches that make these workflows work
Confidence to identify other workflows in your team that could be automated
