​WHO WE ARE

​Lemon-Boost Inc. is female-led startup based in Tokyo. Our mission is simple : more women to the top. We are helping companies to build or expand their pool of female leaders, from junior to senior level.

​We are builing Boostyy, an innovative leadership-simulator engine to train women on the exact business behaviours required to reach upper roles. By analyzing behaviors observed during role-play exercises, the tool makes it possible to assess leadership readiness, identify talent strengths, and detect gaps that need to be addressed. It therefore serves both as a decision-support tool and as a  lever for the strategic development of female talent pipelines.
