This event is hosted by Arun Chandel, AI Video Creator & Community Lead, a HeyGen Community member.
Join us for a hands-on session exploring how creators, marketers, founders, educators, and students can turn an idea into a polished AI video with HeyGen.
We’ll walk through scripting, avatars, voice, translation, and practical video workflows through a live demonstration.
Participants will then create their own short video with guidance from mentors.
The event will conclude with a creator showcase, Q&A, and networking session.

3:00 PM – 3:10 PM | Challenge Brief & Break
Get introduced to the hands-on challenge, understand the task, and prepare to create your own AI video.
3:10 PM – 3:55 PM | 🛠️ Hands-on Creator Lab
Now it’s your turn! Create your own short AI video using HeyGen with guidance from the host and mentors. Experiment with avatars, voices, scripts, visuals, and AI-powered video workflows.
3:55 PM – 4:10 PM | 🎥 Creator Showcase
Showcase your creation with the community. Selected participants will get the opportunity to present their videos and share their creative process.
4:10 PM – 4:20 PM | 💬 Q&A & Community Discussion
Ask questions, exchange ideas, and discuss practical ways to use AI video for content creation, marketing, education, startups, and personal branding.
4:20 PM – 4:27 PM | 🧠 Final Quiz & Creator Challenge
Put your learning to the test with a quick interactive quiz covering HeyGen and the AI video workflows explored during the event.
4:27 PM – 4:30 PM | 🏆 Winners & Closing
Celebrate the best creations and quiz winners, distribute prizes, take a group photo, and wrap up the Creator Lab together.
