Australian specialty coffee professional and co-founder of FINEPRINT.
Scottie began his career as a barista in Sydney more than two decades ago. He built a reputation in the global coffee scene through competitive barista circuits and industry accolades before bringing his expertise to Hong Kong's SoHo district.
As Managing Director of FINEPRINT, Scottie is deeply involved in both the product and the culture – championing consistency, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality across every venue. Beyond the bar, he is recognized as a leader and mentor, sharing his passion for quality, team building, and guest experience with the next generation of baristas and operators.
