TOPIC

The Differentiation Dilemma: Escaping the Sea of Sameness

We are entering the Sea of Sameness. Generic GenAI models are powerful, but everyone has access to the same capabilities. If the same tools are used in the same way, differentiation disappears. The real question is no longer how to implement AI, but how to use AI to lead with difference.

This is where data becomes the moat. Data is the most valuable asset organisations own. When proprietary data is combined with generic models, it creates outcomes competitors cannot easily replicate. In Medtech, this may be patient data; in Proptech, location intelligence.

The challenge then shifts to execution. How are leaders moving from isolated AI pilots to company-wide transformation? And beyond technology, how are they managing the cultural battle—shifting from gut instinct to data-driven decisions, while avoiding creativity and innovation traps that risk narrowing diverse thinking?

  • What is stopping organisations from using AI to truly differentiate, not just automate?

  • How are leading teams combining proprietary data with AI to scale impact across the business?

  • How will leaders balance AI-driven efficiency with human creativity and diverse thinking?

WHO IS ATTENDING?

Join leaders interested in leveraging AI and proprietary data to drive differentiation, scale impact, and transform their organisations.

Job titles may include senior technical leaders such as Founders, C-level executives, and VPs of Engineering.
