Super Pollutant Social, hosted by the Methane Mitigation Council
The Methane Mitigation Council welcomes you to the Super Pollutant Social at SFCW 2026, CO2 friends welcome!
This event is organized by the Methane Mitigation Council and University of California Berkeley's Center for Law, Energy and Environment (CLEE).
Together, we can speed up implementation of methane mitigation - the fastest way to slow the rate of climate change.
After a full day of super pollutant events, let's gather around the big one: METHANE.
Methane has the lion's share of climate super pollutant warming, contributing ~30% of today's total global temperature increases. All together, super pollutants make up the "other half" of global warming.
If you work to cut methane or other super pollutants, if you're "super pollutant curious," or if your work supports mitigating climate change in any way, join the party!
Cash bar - buy a drink for a new super pollutant colleague!
