​This week’s Builder Sync is about sharpening what you’ve built so far: from the product itself to the way you explain it. We’ll look at what needs more attention, what can be simplified, and how to make your project stand out as you move closer to submission.

​What we’ll cover:

• ​How to evaluate what’s working and what still needs improvement

• ​Making sure your core use case and value proposition are clear

• ​What to prioritize as you move into the final stretch

• ​Feedback on product, positioning, demos, or messaging

• ​Open floor for builders to share specific challenges

• ​Relevant introductions and ecosystem connections

• ​Open Q&A

​These sessions will run weekly throughout Colosseum, so you’ll have a regular checkpoint to ask questions, get feedback, connect with others, and make sure you’re staying on track. The last session will take place on October 8.
