​International visitors attending TOKYO RIGHTS MEETING 2025 have the option of joining our complimentary visit to Kadokawa Culture Museum in Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture followed by a guideded tour of Jimbocho's antiquarian book district.

​9:00: Bus departs from Tokyo Dome Hotel
10:00-13:00: Kadokawa Culture Museum visit
14:00-15:30: Jimbocho Antiquarian Book District tour
15:40: Finish

*Food and drink are not covered in this tour.
*30-person capacity. After 30 registrations, all other registrants will be waitlisted. If there is an opening or change in tour capacity, we will contact waitlisted guests.
*After returning from the Museum, guests have the option of skipping the Jimbocho Antiquarian Book District tour.
*Depending on the total number of tour registrants, participants in the Jimbocho Antiquarian Book District tour may be decided by lottery.
*The Jimbocho Antiquarian Book District tour will be in both Japanese and English.
