Office Hours: GPUI PR Reviews

​We're dedicating this office hours for those who are working on GPUI PRs or want to dive deeper into this area of the Zed codebase.

​Mikayla Maki, Zed's GPUI maintainer, will kick off with a short code review. And then review PRs live with volunteers.
