The AI Automation Builder Program
Get your ideas built, with support from PivotLab Coaches
There's a gap between completing Intro to AI Automation and actually getting your workflows running in your real work, even though you've completed the workshop.
Sounds familiar? That's the gap this program closes.
How the program works
3 sessions over one week. Idea to operational with our team coaching you the whole way.
Session 1: Build (Sun, 7 June, 2pm-6pm, in-person) We start with the GDP you submitted before the session. Simplify, then build the first version live with our coaches.
Session 2: Troubleshoot (Wed, 10 June, 8pm-10pm, virtual) A working clinic. Bring your blockers. Group format means you also learn from everyone else's roadblocks.
Session 3: Show and tell (Sun, 14 June, 2pm-6pm, in-person) Present your operational workflows. Before-and-after impact. What worked. What's next.
What you'll walk away with
AI workflows built and running in your own work
Real before-and-after impact data
Coaching from PivotLab's team across three sessions
Peers to learn from
Access to PivotLab's n8n instance during the program
Who this is for
Graduates of our Intro to AI Automation workshop (Levels 1 and 2). You'll need that foundation to get value from coaching format.
This is for professionals who:
Have a real workflow at work they want to automate
Will commit to building, testing, and presenting across one week
Want guidance, not a lecture
Want to make the most of coaching time and ship as much as they can

Important: About the workflows you build
You'll keep and use everything you build. We also ask for your consent to use your workflows in our future demos, presentations, and case studies, all anonymised.
What that means in practice:
We will share: the industry context (e.g. "an HR workflow at a manufacturing company") and the workflow design itself
We will not share: your name, your company name, internal data, customer information, or anything else that could identify you or your organisation
FAQ
How many workflows will I build?
As many as you can complete. You need to make sure to create a GDP for every workflow you want to complete so the coaches can support you fully.
Can I build more than 1 workflow?
Yes, but remember, you need to submit 1 GDP form for every workflow. Our coaches will run as fast as you can. You'll minimally complete one.
What if my idea is too complex?
We'll help you simplify it during the application review and again in Session 1. The goal is something operational by the end of week 1. Bigger ideas can grow once your first workflow is live.
Do I need API access to my company's tools?
Yes, if your workflow connects to platforms like your CRM, database, or other systems. Sort that out before Session 1.
What happens to the workflows I build?
You keep them and use them in your work. You also agree to let us use your workflows (anonymously, no company names) as case studies in future PivotLab materials.
Can I attend if I haven't done Levels 1 and 2?
No. The program assumes the foundation from those workshops. Without it, the coaching format won't deliver value for you.
What happens if I miss any one of the session?
You'll need to figure out how to keep up. To get one of the coaches to run a separate session for you, you'll need to top up RM120 for every session. Or you can ask one of the team mates.
