About Event

U.S.–Lithuania Energy Security, Critical Infrastructure & Advanced Technologies

Lithuania’s modern history is a story of energy resilience. With no domestic fossil fuel resources, Lithuania has transformed from complete energy dependence to energy independence through diversification, resilient infrastructure and deep transatlantic cooperation.

Reliable U.S. LNG has been an important part of that transformation. Today, Lithuania is strengthening the next generation of energy resilience through grid modernization, energy innovation and the assessment of advanced nuclear technologies, including small modular reactors.

Held during UN General Assembly High-Level Week and Climate Week NYC, the Presidential Energy & Resilience Forum will bring together senior U.S. and Lithuanian government leaders, energy and infrastructure executives, investors and technology companies to advance cooperation with Lithuania as a proven transatlantic partner in energy security and a platform for deploying the next generation of resilient infrastructure.
