In this talk Nikita, Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer / VP of AI at ANNA Money (London), will share how they moved from AI-assisted support to a fully agentic operating model — and what that did to the organisation.
ANNA Money built an internal team whose job is to find recurring friction and turn it into agentic services. Some removed repetitive work. Some changed roles. Some made parts of the old org unnecessary.
