Join us for a talk from Dr Gonzalez-Sulser on mapping and modulating epileptic networks with neurotech.
Presenting data on how epileptic circuits behave in rodent models, and how they relate to disrupted sleep patterns.
Exploring the neuroscience tools used to study and control these circuits - including optogenetics, EEG, depth-electrode recordings, sleep-tracking algorithms, and AI-driven analysis.
Background
Dr Alfredo Gonzalez-Sulser is a Senior Lecturer in Epilepsy and Neuroscience at The University of Edinburgh's Centre for Discovery Brain Sciences.
