HowGood Emission Factors: Interoperability and the Benefits of Granularity

​HowGood is pleased to offer a series of closed-door Technical Sessions at Climate Week NYC. Each session will be led by HowGood's Research Team, covering a range of topics in carbon accounting and product carbon footprinting. These sessions are built for the technical questions that don't get resolved in a webinar Q&A: bring what your team has been wrestling with and work through it directly with Subject Matter Experts. Sessions will be kept small, encouraging open, pre-competitive learning among peers.

​Most enterprise companies are working across multiple platforms (product and procurement databases, MRV tools, carbon accounting software, etc) to perform the footprint calculations, reporting, and reduction planning necessary to reach climate goals. This session covers where HowGood sits within the larger carbon accounting ecosystem, including integrations with upstream and downstream systems, and differentiators from standard emissions databases. We'll explore platform integrations, re-baselining processes, and any other questions you have about complex tech stacks and emission factor alignment in the sustainability space.
