Writing Through The In-Between: A Guided Journaling Workshop for Seasons of Change, Transition, and In-Between Spaces
About the Workshop
There are seasons when something is clearly shifting — but the next chapter hasn’t fully come into view yet.
Writing Through The In-Between is a gentle, guided journaling workshop for women moving through life’s in-between seasons. This experience is an invitation to slow down, come back to yourself, and use writing as a steady place to land while things feel uncertain or unfinished.
Rooted in the belief that clarity unfolds in its own time, this workshop creates a supportive space to write, reflect, and stay connected to yourself during times of change — without pressure to fix, solve, or figure everything out.
The morning blends guided journaling with quiet writing time and optional group reflection, all held in a warm, welcoming community setting.
This workshop is for you if you’re:
Moving through a season of personal or professional change
Feeling “in between” chapters, identities, or directions
Curious about journaling as a grounding, reflective practice
Longing for gentle connection with others — without pressure to share
No writing experience is required. This is not group therapy or a goal-setting workshop. It’s a facilitated space to use writing as support while clarity unfolds in its own time.
