Who is this for?
This gathering is designed for mid- to senior-level women working in climate, sustainability, and adjacent impact fields—leaders already shaping change within their organizations and looking to expand what’s possible through collaboration. It is for those who want to be in a room with peers who are not only thinking strategically about the climate transition, but actively building toward it. Participants will leave with new perspectives, practical pathways for action, and a network of peers they can immediately engage—moving from conversation to coordinated impact.
We are prioritizing participants who can commit to attending and engaging in the entire half-day program. The experience is designed to build over the course of the afternoon, with each part building to support deeper connection and collaboration.
