About Event

Come build something. Leave with something you'll actually use.

"AI is not meant to replace you. It's meant to make you a better version of you, every day."

This event is built for people with non-technical backgrounds: HR, Ops, Sales, Marketing, Finance. We can all be builders. If you have a repetitive task or a messy process that eats up your week, this is a space to build a solution for it. No coding experience is required.

Whether you've already built something with Claude Code, Codex, or something similar, or you're just excited to dive in, we'll split into groups based on your experience with these tools. In fact, at Anthropic's last hackathon, four of five winners were non-technical!

We’ll kick off the night with a quick 10-minute presentation covering best practices for getting set up, including how to use a clean, well-structured folder (repo). Then we’ll split into groups and get building, with support available throughout the room whenever you need it.

You walk away with something you can use in your everyday job or your everyday life.

The evening:
6:00 — Doors, sips & bites, get set up
6:20 — Quick presentation: best practices to set yourself up (10 min)
6:30 to 8:00 — Split into groups & Build!
8:00 — Debrief and wrap

What you'll walk away with:
A working first version of a real thing, from your job or your everyday life.
A clean setup you can reuse for the next thing you build.

Before you come: The people who get the most out of these nights spend 30 minutes to an hour beforehand getting set up: a rough idea of what you want to make, and access to whatever it touches, maybe API keys or a permission from your company.

Food and drink provided. Space is limited, so grab a spot and tell us a bit about what you'd like to build!
