The January Challenge - Free training on using the creative prompts to engage with your community at work and at home

​Join us for a morning session exploring how you can use The January Challenge - 31 days of fun, free and accessible creative activities - to inspire and bring together your community at home, or at work in the new year.

​Each year, we send the creative prompts via a daily email, and lots of people take part on their own and share in their own way.

​We also create free downloadable resources that include all 31 prompts ahead of time, and top tips on how you could use the prompts to engage others and create ripples of creative change...

​The resources are designed for people who want to use The January Challenge to get creative in the following places:

• ​With Groups and Teams (ie, teams at work, family and friend groups, community groups)

• ​Schools

• ​Libraries

• ​Charities

• ​Creative Health settings

• ​Creative Ageing settings

​There are also January Challenge resources available in the Welsh Language and written in Easy Read format.

In this informal training session, we will prepare you to use these resources effectively. We will:

• ​Have a go at some of the simple creative activities

• ​Explore techniques for facilitating inclusive creative spaces

• ​Understand the research behind why creativity matters, and why it matters at work

• ​Create achievable action plans to help you deliver a programme that works for you

• ​Go through our resources and packs tailored for use in different settings

​We invite you to bring your questions, ideas and curiosity!
