

Claude Code for Customer and Ops Leaders
You may have heard of Claude Code via an excited spiel from someone at work or a friend on the weekend.
But as an ops or customer experience leader - what can it actually do?
This will be a practical session focused on rolling up our sleeves and seeing how CX / Ops leaders can:
Make the case for using agentic coding tools at work
Open up a terminal and get Claude Code installed
Use Claude Code (or other tools) to perform large analysis, create reports with Notion or Google slides, manage your team, ship updates to features and more!
Use practical templates and skills to rapidly get started and get value
It'll be a hands-on, demo-driven hour with time for audience questions. You'll be led along the journey by Vicky Firth (Founding Customer Experience Lead, Granola) and Robbie Tilleard (General Manager EMEA, Lorikeet)
Whether you're conducting CSAT analysis, looking for gaps in your knowledge base, trying to understand what product/tech teams are up to or the 1000 other challenges that take up your day-to-day you’ll leave with concrete next steps and sample templates to implement. And hopefully, some friends to help on the journey too!
