“The way you make an omelet reveals your character.”

Anthony Bourdin

As Artificial Intelligence reshapes the way we create, produce, and consume, it becomes essential to engage with other equally vital forms of intelligence: Artistic Intelligences.

We invite you to discover Improbable Food, a collection of original works created by participants of the MSc in Food & Beverage at ESCP, in dialogue with professionals from across the industry.

Each piece offers a singular exploration of food in an age of transformation where technology, imagination, and critical thinking intersect to challenge what we eat, how we produce, and what we value.

These creations are the result of the Improbable Seminar, a three-day immersion into Art Thinking, a method designed to make the improbable happen with intention.

Join us for an unexpected vernissage at ESCP, the first business school created in the world in 1819
