About Event

Call reluctance is one of those problems every SDR manager recognises immediately, even if it shows up in different ways. Fewer dials, more busywork, lots of good intentions, and very little actual calling.

This session is about understanding why that happens and how to coach SDRs through it without hype, pressure tactics, or empty motivation.

Led by Oxana Andrienko, the webinar is designed for SDR managers and leaders, but the language and frameworks are directly usable with reps. Oxana combines a sales background with cognitive psychology and has spent years coaching SDRs on confidence, mindset, and cold call performance.

The session blends light psychology with practical cold calling structure. It looks at why fear and avoidance creep in, how mindset affects consistency, and how clear call frameworks reduce anxiety and make calling feel more manageable. Rather than just telling reps to “push through it,” the focus is on giving leaders better coaching language and simple ways to reframe cold calling as a skill, not a punishment.

The format is conversational and example-led, with chat open throughout and time for questions. Attendees will leave with practical ideas they can test immediately to help SDRs build confidence, increase outbound activity, and stay consistent on the phones.
