​Join us for Week 5 of the UNLV Collegiate 100 Professional Development Workshop Series as we welcome Mike Johns, a futurist and nationally recognized leader in AI literacy and the future of work.

​Session Focus:
This session will explore future-of-work trends, artificial intelligence, automation, and strategic foresight for career planning. As Founder & CEO of BeSkilled America, Mike built an AI literacy and future-of-work platform that partners with cities, universities, and corporate sponsors to close the gap between education and employment. He previously developed and taught a “Future of Work” workshop at Arizona State University and has held strategic roles with Fortune 500 and global entertainment brands including T-Mobile, Coca-Cola, Monster Energy, Universal Music, and HBO, leading sponsorships, brand activations, and content programs with athletes, artists, and lifestyle partners.

​Students will gain practical frameworks for anticipating change, understanding how AI and emerging technologies are reshaping careers, and positioning themselves for leadership in an evolving global economy.
