Join us on Friday, Apr 24, for an evening of youth short films engaging with waste, environment, city life, and civic responsibility.
Celebrate our young filmmakers as they complete our yearlong program, gaining hands-on media skills while creating film projects that spotlight pollution 🌎♻️
Climate! Film! Action! is part of the Youth Action 50 network, a dynamic leadership initiative at NYC Service designed to empower the next generation of changemakers and young civic leaders.
The night's schedule:
Doors open @ 5pm
6-7pm: Screening + Q&A
7-8pm: Reception
There will be popcorn + light refreshments 🍿

Here On Earth is a climate-focused youth art and filmmaking initiative in NYC that supports teens and young adults in telling environmental stories through film, sound, and creative media — with a strong focus on water, place, and care for the natural world.
About Global Family for Love and Peace
Global Family for Love and Peace (GFLP) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to cultivating a world of mutual understanding, compassion, and nonviolence. Through collective efforts, GFLP focuses on environmental education and peace programs engaging youth groups. GFLP is in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
