​PLAY GROUND by zhenren and Tala’s Garden

​A retreat for the real ones: no pressure, no perfection, just presence and play. Join us as we create a space to meet yourself exactly where you are. 

​To open the space, we will begin with a tea ceremony lead by zhenren, followed by a day filled with arts and crafts including charm making with My Charm Bar. Light snacks and beverages will be provided throughout the day, and lunch will be provided Vegan Bánh Mì Thảo. Closing the space we will move the energy within through guided movement and sound bath lead by Tala’s Garden.

​Through art and ritual, we’ll explore what it means to slow down, get messy, and create meaning together. This gathering is about bonding with our inner child, weaving a space that feels creative, curious, and connected.
